Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To start a return, open the order in your account and choose “Request a return”. We will confirm by email with the return address and instructions.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please handle jewellery as you would in a shop.

• Unworn and undamaged items: full refund of the item price.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (for example earrings) may be excluded where the law allows.
• Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact support within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
